time to time and agree that any subsequent use by you of the Services following
the New Effective Date shall constitute your acceptance of all such Changes. If
you do not agree to any or all of the Changes, you must stop using the Services

Purpose of
the Web Site and Services
The Web Site and Services
are services made available by fantasysportsplus. The information and/or content
available in or on, or accessed or downloaded through or from, the Services
("Information and Content")
are made available solely as a convenience to you for general informational
purposes only with regards to fantasy football. The Services and all
Information and Content is provided to you solely for your own personal,
non-commercial use and not for purposes of resale, distribution, public display
or performance, or any other uses by you in any form or manner whatsoever.
Contest
Usage
1. Eligibility.
A DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR
WIN; MULTIPLE DONATION ENTRIES WILL
INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. To be eligible to win a prize pursuant to the Our
First Annual “We’re in Your Corner” Contest, entries must be completed
and received by fantasysportsplus.com in the format designated below.
fantasysportsplus.com and any of its directors, officers, professional advisors, or,
employees, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any
prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
apply. Offer void where prohibited. Participation limited to only
those entrants who submit a valid entry (each, a "Contestant").
2. Disclaimer. fantasysportsplus.com
will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or
distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) electronic, hardware, software,
network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or
failures; (c) any Contest disruptions,
injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of
fantasysportsplus.com; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials
associated with the Contest.
3. Entry
Period. The entry period ("Entry Period") for the Contest is from 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on
February 7th, 2009 to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 9th, 2009. All Contestants must be entered by 11:59 p.m.
Eastern Time on August 9th, 2009 to be eligible to win any prizes including the
Grand Prize.
4. Prizes.
(a) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) Contestant. Our Grand Prize will consist of
the winning Contestant receiving: A
direct phone conference to his/her phone during their Live 2009 Fantasy
Football Draft. Secondly, he/she will also win a portion of all the proceeds
going to a charity of his/her choice. A check from fantasysportsplus.com will be
sent to them directly in his/her name. Also, the winner will win a “PRO” site
membership for the 2009 Fantasy Football Season allowing him to receive direct
e-mail and phone support from fantasysportsplus.com. He/she will also receive a
fantasysportsplus.com draft kit. Other prizes for winners include: Draft Kits,
SEMI-PRO memberships, shirts, hats, and other fantasysportsplus.com goodies.
(b) Odds of Winning.
Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the number of valid entries
received by fantasysportsplus.com
Note: ALL FEDERAL, STATE
AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. Prizes are not transferable. No
substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be
permitted, except that fantasysportsplus.com reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per Contestant. All prizes are awarded
"AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied,
(including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose).
5. How
to Enter. To enter, complete all required blank fields in the Contest entry form at http://www.fantasysportsplus.com/contest.htm
during the Entry Period. Only valid entries will be accepted and eligible
to win prizes. Entrants may submit multiple entries or donate in Unites
States five dollar increments ($5.00USD). For example, a member can
donate $50 and receive 10 entries. Each All valid entries from Contestants will be considered for purposes
of determining the Grand Prize winners. By entering the Contest, you consent to having your story
published on fantasysportsplus.com’s website.
6. Contest Rules.
(a) Each entrant must complete all required Contest
entry blank fields, including submitting a minimum of $5.00 USD per
entry. (b) fantasysportsplus.com will notify the eligible entrants who have
won a prize. Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected by the
fantasysportsplus.com Contest staff and announced at any time after the Contest
ending period, and not after August 12th, 2009. Grand Prize
winners will be notified by email or phone call using the information provided
to fantasysportsplus.com in the entry form. The Grand Prize winner must
acknowledge his or her Grand Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification,
or such later date as may be specified in the notification (in either case, the
"Claim Deadline"). After the Claim Deadline has expired for a
particular Grand Prize, fantasysportsplus.com may, in its own discretion, award or
refuse to award the unacknowledged Grand Prize.
Blogs and
Forums Usage
You agree, through your usage of fantasysportsplus.com’s
Forums and Blogs, that you will not post any material which is false,
defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane,
sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, discriminatory
against any social or racial group, or in violation of ANY law.
This is not the place for
the airing of personal vendettas with neighbors, the naming of neighbors you
may have an on going disagreement with or the identification of those neighbors
by inference.
Legal actions can be taken
against you by anyone named or referred to in this way.
You also agree not to post
any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have
consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding,
advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, personal business dealings,
commercial promotions, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this
fantasysportsplus.com’s Forum.
Note that it is impossible
for fantasysportsplus.com to confirm the validity of posts on this forum. Please
remember that the messages are not monitored before they are posted and that
fantasysportsplus.com is not responsible for the content of these messages.

Spamming is repeatedly posting the same link, or message on multiple

Trolling is going onto a board for the sole purpose of starting
trouble or instigating an argument.
Flaming is going onto a board and insulting people because of their beliefs,
sexual preference, gender, ethnicity or any number of things.
